Pros

Good Connections I guess and some perks if you’re in the right role

Cons

No accountability, terrible leadership, a culture of nepotism, completely aweful and useless HR team. No SOPs or standards. No protections and no integrity. Was not a professional environment

Pros

I got to work at one of the coolest resorts in the world. Pay was decent for Las Vegas. The company will change direction quickly for its size. Sometimes leadership would really take care of you with perks if they were happy. There are clear objectives - Make Caesars Entertainment lots of money. I worked with some great people. You can advance here if you’re willing to drink the kool aid.

Cons

If you’re going to work for Caesars work in senior level management or join the union and work an hourly role. Senior level management runs the show, looks out for each other, and is never held accountable. Union team members look out for each other, can not be held accountable, and make tons of $ while having the laziest work ethic imaginable and also no hospitable attitude. Middle management gets chewed up working long hours and dealing with all the issues. The company does not care about the team or guests. They only care about making money. If you truly have the hospitality spirit you will get burnt out because your job is to just be transactional and make money. That is the only thing considered when evaluating hiring, firing, guest interactions, policy changes, purchasing decisions, etc. It is very corporate style hospitality. This constant short term thinking has led to the current financial predicament Caesars Entertainment finds itself in… which is not good.
