Pros

Money can be good, coworkers are mostly really great and the company can take care of you.

Cons

Management, shifts offered and poor communication between management and other employees. Shifts can become scarce and you must love graveyard. Small property so opportunities to make money don't last long.

Pros

If you are willing to sacrifice for the grind you will advance in time.

Cons

Poor leadership and little interest in development of personal Antiquated systems and process Siloed information and knowledge Terrible work/life balance expectations Comparatively poor benefits, particularly the 401(k) match Dated office area with moldy carpet, beat up furniture, and old (unreliable) computers Terrible employee support from HR and IT (employee and systems) Ethics and integrity of senior management is questionable

Pros

Only if you absolutely have to have a job and there is nothing else at the moment. Hiring policies are lax so fairly easy to get a job

Cons

They do not pay a living wage. The only people that can make it without having to have another job or 2 are those that can get tips. Company as a whole lacks communication and policies are followed on when wanting to single someone out. Policies are adhered to differently by shift and base on if your liked or fit into a clique.
