Pros

Great benefits, great coworkers

Cons

I left when it was transitioning from family owned to corporate. The atmosphere was tense and hectic. Not much communication between departments on changes which made it a bit stressful to work, also there was a lot of nepotism/politics when it came to promotions, so hard to get ahead.

Pros

Great VP at the time. Unfortunately he's shifted out of analytics.

Cons

Very hierarchical, low pay for the hours that you put in - do not expect an 8 hour day. Mobility to move up in the company depends greatly on the department that you are in, needs more consistency in place. The president of analytics is apathetic to the employees and is very fond of himself as he went to HBS (in which, many others did as well). The turnover rate is very high. Management should rethink how they operate.

All Depends on Your Department

Pros

As a whole, Caesars strives to be a good place to work, but it all depends on what department you're in and what your management is like. My experience was that they paid well, but I heard others complain that they were cheap.

Cons

Frequent turnover was a problem in my group. Shortly after my manger left the company, the rest of my team members also left to explore opportunities outside the company. Management tends to turn a blind eye to those that have been around a while.
