Pros

Good benefits. Somewhat progressive company. Results driven.

Cons

Terrible upper management, very bureaucratic and political. Leads with fear rather than encouragement and being supportive of staff. Little to no employee recognition, treated like just "a number". No fairness.

Pros

The only reason I gave this review 2 stars is because I genuinely enjoyed the customers that I helped while working at Caesar's and my fellow employees.

Cons

The absolute worst company I've ever worked for in my 15 years of working in F&B. The managers don't know and DO NOT CARE about the Union contract that we are supposedly protected under, causing much confusion and ultimately the firing of many innocent employees. They will call you after you just got off of work for another shift simply because 8 hours will be between the 2 shifts. They do not care if you have a family, get any sleep between shifts, or crash your car trying to get back to work half asleep. They also seem to play favorites, only calling select people on the extra board for shifts that are so close together while others are only called the day following their last shift (favoritism much?). Managers are also EXTREMELY RUDE to the point that it makes you scared to talk to them about anything. They fire any manager who is actually nice to the employees, leading the employees to believe that managers are praised for being outright rude to their employees. The fact that H.R. hasn't gotten involved in the many wrongdoings I experienced during my time with the company is shocking. Anybody who they want to get rid of and can't find a loophole, they will simply video shop you and find a minor detail of the shop's review to fire you over. They will watch your pass percentage like a hawk, meanwhile there are employees who are downright rude to customers and managers who are so mean to their employees that they make it awkward to be at work...perhaps they should focus more on company culture and less on pass percentages...just a thought. Don't let the amazing Caesar's employees that you meet during orientation fool you, the Food and Beverage department will be worlds away from them and will treat you like crap...and then be praised for it. You were warned.

Pros

Very professional organization with a high level of maturity within IT. The entire organization is a challenging and learning experience, with a skilled management team and dedicated employees. Many of the IT employees have been there for decades.

Cons

The largest con that I could think of is the sometimes comical level of bureaucracy. Layers of bureaucracy prevented swift action and often frustrated especially the internal customers of IT.
