Pros

97% of the employees and bosses were excellent and the customers were outstanding. There are a lot of opportunities to move within the company if you end up working with psychotic employees / supervisors;

Cons

a few bad apples ruined the employment experience. Opiate use by my co-workers and bosses ruined the working relationship. I don't care what people do on and off work but when the drug cause people to become overly hostile and aggressive to the people they work with and the ones that they manage, work becomes a tonic environment. I lost my job and many others did to because drug addiction is real at Caesars' Palace. Management refuses to acknowledge the problem and in doing so allows these addicts to act like pigs at the feeding time. The abuse I receive was common place at that place.

Pros

Full benefits, only job with benefits in 100 mi. radius.

Cons

1. If your bosses like you, great. If not, they do everything possible to make your life and job miserable until you quit.. 2. Fake "family" atmosphere. 3. Point system unforgiving. 4. "Business Casual" Ha! Leggings and tee shirts on overweight supervisors.

A good company in bad times.

Pros

My colleagues were amazing people, and Caesar's has amazing talent across the board. Good benefits included everything from health to free tickets to events to free lunch each day.

Cons

Many management positions have been eliminated which adds a heavier workload to employees who are already overwhelmed. It was difficult to know exactly what your responsibilities are. There were many people put into positions that he or she either did not want or was not qualified for. The entire property in Reno has low morale. No one was happy to be at work. No one felt pride in the company. No one had trust in the company.
