Loved it, but watch out for point system!

Pros

Very easy money and a very fun environment. Friendly staff and a great chance to meet a lot of people.

Cons

Point system. Literally no grace period in terms of clocking in. One minute late is the same as 3 hours late. They don't take doctors notes and can fire some of their hardest workers if they so much as get sick or clock in late 7 months ago.

good money for working on the las vegas strip. allows union. opportunities for job advancement - if you're friends with the right people.

Cons

Other than selling rooms and making restaurant-show reservations- we must now transfer to a timeshare after every call or sell total rewards credit card or get fired. also call center is very dirty.
