Pros
Planet Hollywood offers a great opportunity to make money, fast. The management is nice and the other staff is great.
Cons
The management make friends with the employees, and is not professional. They change their mood and perspective overnight, they go from allowing something such as eating food in the service well for months and then all of a sudden will select a few employees and write them up without warning. The company takes all of the expensive liquors and champagne out of the bar and takes 45 min sometimes just to get the liquor or bottle to the guest. They never fix any of the furniture and raise prices on drinks, who wants to pay $17 to get a drink on a ripped up couch?
