Cons

Caesars was the worst place I have worked in my career. The company preaches their mission, visions, values but will not hold to any of them. Employees at the highest level of the organization exhibit some of the worst behaviors I've ever seen with no consequence. Poor performers are also not only allowed to continue in their role, but are often celebrated for qualities that don't impact their work or the bottom line to the business.

Pros

It is a fun and exciting environment with alot of great people on the front lines. The benefits are ok and the discounted food for employees is a little above average.

Cons

Pay is low and nepotism is rife. There are some unqualified people in top posts making decisions that affect the company adversely. For a family owned company whose motto is family first there was alot of the proverbial throwing people under the bus going on.
