Being able to telework has been great. The medical benefits have improved.

Cons

Extremely top heavy, management is incompetent and obsessed with numbers. Major issues include and are not limited to; micromanagement , high turnover, lack of accountability, ineffective leadership, and unprofessionalism. The pay gaps are huge, and they don’t hire from within but rather allows management to bring their friends over. Unrealistic workload demands.

Excellent pay great benefits, you do not pay state taxes

Cons

It is great to pay but toxic the people who work there will not teach new employees the supervisors gossip and in GARS it is controlled management Minh in GARS gets drunk with his staff and tells you to find the answers yourself if he thinks your good looking or his friend he will help you. If you are not he will criticize you out loud be CAREFUL pay is good environment is toxic. He will tell you to close cases but if they fail it is all your fault.
