The people I work with, great teamwork. Job flexibility and schedule. Benefits. Get to learn many different things about healthcare. Good stepping stone.

Cons

Impossible for well qualified employees to move up. Weak pay and raises.

Eye opener to backstabbing dirty politics

Pros

The benefits are pretty good. Retirement plan is also pretty good.

Cons

Have to be able to play dirty politics really well and basically grease the palms of the executive staff and human resource department. Consistent excuses for low wage and for well qualified individuals to move up. Open door policy is nothing more than joke and you pay a hefty price for pointing out things that are ethically wrong.

Great work-life blance options (flex-hours, 9/80 work schedule) Exceptional benefits Connecting low income, seniors and working families with quality healthcare Making a difference in the communities that we live in Small enough to know people throughout the organization Balances hard work with fun and recogniton Recognized as a benchmark program and very efficent

Cons

Some limitations on tools and resources to get the job done On ocasion there are many levels of approvals which can slow things down
