Pros
Good resume builder, you get the opportunity to work on lots of different projects, since the organization is small, you get visibility and expsoure to upper management. The benefits are awesome and very affordable. Some very smart people work here.
Cons
Somewhat of a government company means that there is a lot of red tape that needs to be addressed before actually getting something done (advisory committee vetting, board approval, etc). Some of the Exec team members are ruthless and have very poor management styles. Problem is everyone knows it and no one is brave enough to do anything about it. Overall, not a super friendly group. Lots of politics. Be careful who you trust.
