A great Agency that no longer cares for their people nor is any longer member oriented

The Agency at its Zenith was one that had a great Sr. Leadership Team, had dedicated staff in all departments and lived the Culture of "Better, Together." It was innovated for a public agency and people there were very happy to do what it took to get the job done. It was very member focus and embraced the mission to help the Medical/Medicare population of Orange County. It was very financially responsible to the public that it served.

Cons

Now the Sr. Leadership could not find its way out of a broom closet! They lack backbone, indecisive and are all knifing each other in the back to stay in power and out of the gunsights of the Legal Dept. The Board of Directors are no longer member oriented, they are now a bunch of political hacks forcing the agency to serve their political "interests" and agendas - like they do with other County government agencies.
