Pros
Great benefits such as pension and for long term is a company you would like to work for. Providing services to the Elderly in an all inclusive environment, makes work easy thing to go to every day. Great environment.
Cons
It might take a while to get into the company as full time , the process is long but is worth while

The people I work with, great teamwork. Job flexibility and schedule. Benefits. Get to learn many different things about healthcare. Good stepping stone.
Cons
Impossible for well qualified employees to move up. Weak pay and raises.

The retirement benefits are a plus here. I really have nothing positive to say about this company. The manager and director I worked with are utterly unprofessional. They do not communicate at all and sometimes bully their staff.
Cons
The team I am working with gets offended when I send out project updates and deliver projects on time and early. My manager and director would send a staff to HR with a written warning without any pre-communication. And they would tell that staff that he is being terminated with ABC plan...

Benefits were ok. Some very nice people work there (non management).
Cons
HR does not care what your concers are. They are more concerned that you might sue them that correcting the issues with manangement. No chance for advancement. Not a pleasant place to work.Lower manangement relies on others to do their job. Managers talk negitive about their staff.
