Been working with the firm for over a year and have not looked back. I was skeptical in the beginning, but seeing how the firm is a true family with honest intentions to create that same feeling and support for contractors & relationships who partner with us is truly remarkable. You will always have support and love here, and you will also have the time to make a very good living if you are a hard worker and are willing to grow with the firm.

Cons

People First position - Your primary responsibility in a Recruiter or Account Executive roles is to work with people and provide them with a great experience, so if are not prepared to work with people regularly, I would not suggest this role.

- Spot on culture and team collaboration - young and fun! - Uncapped commission - Endless opportunity and easy motivation - Loyal to every employee - competitive - weekly monthly quarterly competitions - Annual Rewards Trip to Mexico! - Company is growing quickly! I started this job leaving the fashion industry not really knowing what I wanted to do - but I am never looking back. (Not to mention I’m making 3x what I made at my last job because of the uncapped commission) These days people look for the next job or company they can work for but Calculated Hire has become my home and I can’t wait to see where I go with them long term.

Cons

Ups and downs that come with staffing because we have to rely on so many people. But this has made me more patient and a more effective communicator:)
