      I've been with Calculated Hire (Eight Eleven Group) for about 4 years and I can honestly say I have grown and evolved during every single one of them. This industry can be completely unpredictable, our jobs can vary every single day, but the team of leaders that is under Calculated Hire and the Eight Eleven Group will do everything they can for you to succeed. For that, I owe the leaders of this company a great deal of appreciation and gratitude. With me, they have a bought in contributing team member for life. I am also confident that some day I'll be able to give back and be a leader to the ones climbing up the ranks as well. This job has taught me everything from recruiting, to sales, to conflict resolution, project management, and overall leadership. I have also been exposed to various industries and learned how to be a consultant in all of those spaces. I love this company and appreciate the challenges that come along the way.

      Cons

      This industry is unpredictable and there are times where you feel like you're working hard for no immediate result. However, our service offerings are legitimately making a difference in this industry and if you learn them in an out and stay patient your time will come to shine and provide solutions for our clients.

      Pros

      Calculated Hire truly cares about their employees first and foremost and the leadership will do whatever it takes to help those who are putting forth effort succeed. There really is great opportunity and ability to grow and sustain a career while becoming very knowledgeable about businesses across several industries.

      Cons

      There is always going to be a cyclical nature with buying cycles when it comes to staffing which can create a little unsteadiness. However, Calculated Hire does a great job at pivoting and helping those who may feel those outside pressures.

      This company truly does a great job at hiring the most genuine individuals. Through all of the layers of support provided by Calculated Hire, it's easy to see how invested they are in your success. I was initially draw to Calculated Hire through the opportunity it presented. If you want to feel like you work for an exciting start-up company while simultaneously being part of a larger organization, talk to this company!

      While a very rewarding job, this industry can test your patience. Be prepared to interact with individuals from various backgrounds on a daily basis. We're in the business of people, so if you're not a people person then this company may not be the best fit.
