Calculated Hire is Eight Elevens newest and fastest growing division. since joining the company in 2015 I have experienced a culture that is second to none and have had opportunities that I didn't think would be possible. This company continues to invest in it's employees and it shows. This is not a high turnover, no work-life balance environment. This company will give you all of the tools, resources, and coaching for you to be successful all while blazing your own path. If you are looking for a culture, environment, and challenge that feels like a true career rather than just a job, I highly advise you to look into Calculated Hire!

Cons

The staffing industry certainly has its ups and downs which isn't for everyone. Thankfully the culture and family environment are there to pick you up during these times, but nonetheless you will be tested.

Calculated Hire is a company that puts their employees first and thrives on building a culture second to none. There is incredible growth potential available and you can pave your own path whether you choose to go into sales or stay in recruiting, including the potential to write your own job description. The support layers that the company provides should never leave you feeling like there is no one to turn to and often times that is hard to find. Joining this company was one of the best career decisions I have made.

Cons

Staffing and consulting naturally has ebbs and flows but you will learn so much about yourself while handling these situations, it provides for a great learning experience.

This company invests in it's employees from day one, providing the tools and resources necessary to be successful. Building a successful, hardworking team comes as a result of the standard of excellence set by all of leadership and senior members of the organization. No job is always sunshine and rainbows, but on the challenging days I always know that I have places to turn for help and for guidance.

Cons

You must be willing to put the leg work in. This isn't a role where everything is handed to you, but efforts are very highly rewarded in this company.
