Pros

Amazing hands-on training! Supervisors are always available to help teach you and answer any questions you have. I was so lucky to get into a job where I did not have any experience with kids, yet. Lots of room for growth in a short amount of time! Super supportive!

Cons

Getting to connect with clients at first but then finally seeing them progress is so amazing, I guess not really a con!

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We love that you enjoyed our training and the support of our supervisors. Our administrative team works hard to help all staff. CUSP puts a lot of time and resources into our initial and ongoing training. We are committed to our employees receiving this high-quality training; therefore, we are looking for people who are also committed to CUSP and eager to continue to learn and gain experience from our organization, and who will commit to 1 year of employment. We’d love to learn more about your experience and how we can improve. Please email us back at Recruitment@behavioralcusp.com.

Pros

Good training, they keep you close to home. Good place to be if you wanna be a BCBA at some point.

Cons

Must sign one year contract that’s more than 18k if you leave early. (Goes down every month you’re there, but still a lot) Not really a full time job. Expect 30-36 hours, no real benefits until you worked here a year. Probably gonna need a second job if you live alone.
