-Some good people to work with in the trenches.

Cons

-Long hours, lay offs increasing work load to already burdened employees. -Now constant fear of layoffs. -Not making any money as a company, so bonuses are never to be seen -Layoffs, layoffs, layoffs.

Pros

The health and 401-K benefits are above average.

Cons

TOXIC environment - working here is not good for your health. Arrogant leadership. Work long days and weekends is expected. Regularly talked down to and zero respect or appreciation is shown. Leadership alienates the customer and employees.

Collaborative and smart team. Nice location.

Cons

HR is a joke here and non-existent. They make the employees slog night and day without appreciation and there is always a sword hanging above their heads.
