Pros

Awesome company to work for. Rapid advancement is possible with enough drive and initiative. The company is employee owned and management will tailor tasks to the employees strengths.

Cons

Deadlines can be tight, so employees may need to step up to get tasks done (overtime is paid though).

The company is filled with amazingly intelligent, passionate and fun people. - Fantastic mentors with expertise in open-pit and underground rock mechanics - Fairly easy to learn more and advance in the company - Able to take on more responsibility if initiative is shown - International travel opportunities - Challenging technical work - Flexible hours - Opportunity to work in the outdoors

Cons

Work is demanding and there can be quite a bit of overtime, however, you are compensated for the hours worked

Pros

none.If Call and Nicholas still ran the place, it would be stellar. The lab guys are awesome.

Cons

Principals are money hungry. Have their favorites. Projects always over budget and are way too expensive. Mining companies should go elsewhere. Most people at the company are pretentious. Worst company ever.
