Pros

Very focused on customer satisfaction, both with external customers, and internal departments. Rewards hard work. Allows a great deal of autonomy, but has the checks and balances in place to make sure the company goals are met. Company goals are constantly reviewed and disseminated to make sure everyone knows what the current priorities are.

Cons

Some growing pains (combined with CO-VID challenges), but being handled. A bit too focused on "canned" business philosophies for my personal liking, but willing to follow along if it helps the company overall.

Heavy work load but we would rather be busy then not.
