Pros

Hard work was recognized and rewarded. Lots of opportunities to take on projects and get recognized. HR was very responsive. A lot of great people to work with.

Cons

There is a lot of focus on going above and beyond, which can feel pretty demanding. Quarterly performance reviews.

Pros

Not much. Everyone is out for themselves due to the culture.

Cons

Management is disconnect from the customer and employee. No training in place with high expectations. Encouraged to call out people with they are not doing their jobs without asking about the circumstances. No leadership of coaching to improve oneself. They do not lead by example.
