Pros

Constantly learning, many opportunities to grow. Company has gone through some major changes, heading in the right direction.

Cons

CEO needs to be real. He doesn't seem to really care about his employees. Priorities are constantly shifting when the CEO goes out to visit a customer. Anything that customer wants now becomes our #1 priority whether it should be or not.
