Pros

You can work remotely, but expect an intense workload with little to no breaks. The PMO keeps a tight grip on deadlines, and if you fall behind, expect direct repercussions.

Cons

TERRIBLE COMPANY. Be very cautious of five-star reviews titled "Great Company"—if they lack depth on why it's great, that's a red flag. This is a small, cult-like company where you're expected to memorize their playbook and read books that have nothing to do with your job. They obsess over personality tests instead of actual skills. Worst of all, they have little respect for your personal time and will let you go in an instant, not based on performance, but on your manager’s mood.

Pros

Nice computers, office has snacks and fun things. The company building is okay, lots of start up vibes to the game room. Everyone seems to be big into golf here.

Cons

Not really sure where the culture comments are coming from. It’s a largely WFH office, and I would say culture is lacking despite managements best efforts and “games”. Pay is not competitive, nor are benefits. Probably the least diverse environment I’ve been in since my career began.

Pros

CallTower's lives by its core behaviors - CallTower Dedication, Action-Oriented and Smart and Inquisitive. Each quarter, our senior leadership team creates a new playbook that encompasses the quarter's main goals. This playbook enables all departments with the key goals for the quarter and provides a solid understanding of what the company is looking to achieve during that timeframe. Great comradery across departments. An exciting and challenging work environment Family-oriented culture Leadership cares about each employee's well-being and works hard to convey to all the importance of each team member's role in the business's overall success.

Cons

While we do have programs in place to enhance work-life balance and have strived to do more in the last year -- we are moving quickly due to demand which makes this challenging.
