Pros

Some really great co-workers at the non-management level.

Cons

CallTower management likes to tout that they are a fun, employee centered "tech" company with a wholesome atmosphere and great benefits but unfortunately it's all a façade. The benefits are sub-par and the pay is poor for comparable companies. Very poor executive team making decisions from the top.

Pros

Fantastic culture and family environment. While not every family is perfect and void of dysfunction. We watch out for each other, our company, and our customers. Calltower is constantly trying to improve services, support, and staff. Things are continuously changing, but that is because we need to stay competitive and innovative. On the engineering and support side, you have access to work with industry-leading network and collaboration technologies. There is always something to learn and master.

Cons

While there are opportunities to move up, sometimes we lose talented people because the higher-level positions aren't always available right away. It can take several years in some cases. For some, that's too long to wait, unfortunately.

Pros

CallTower invests heavily in both their communication solutions and in their own employees. Actual time and effort is put into improving the performance and outlook for each employee, with regular goal-setting and job satisfaction review. It's organized, well-managed and company-culture oriented. After working for several companies with no room for growth and poor management, CallTower is incredibly refreshing and rewarding.

Cons

Honestly, I don't have any substantial cons to list. CallTower suffers from growing pains as any successful company in the telecom industry does, but there are active initiatives to address these things. They are expanding the scope of their operations, aquiring new products and solutions, and remodeling their office to make room for more employees.
