The best part is being able to talk to the CEO about any issues you may have

Benefits were awful since the company was so small Very expensive and terrible coverage

I liked my coworkers, culture encourages people to get to know each other. Support management at least attempts to help their employees, but senior management does not follow through.

Cons

Typical neglected support department. They will only put the bare minimum into support, but will consistently ask the world from them.
