People come last here, despite record sales. Zero praise, thankless mgmt, good cop / bad cop scenarios with "leadership". Never so much as a please or thank you. No work/life balance-- expect to work late nights, weekends holidays… Vacation and benefits not honored or revoked (“take 21 days off per year”-- HA! you can NEVER take off, and count your sick days from the unyielding stress as vacation days). Breaks are discouraged, so get ready to be hunted down on lunches. Volatile daily functions, Unrealistic job duties, ever-expanding scope of responsibility. You don't know C++? Too bad, you're doing that today! Constant noise, Unprofessional attitudes, gossip about others’ personal lives, constant shouting, cursing, crying, people running through office. Not exaggerating. Disgusting warehouse work environment with no perks-- just snacks. "An open, collaborative work environment" - Leadership Lack of communication, Lack of process, zero documentation, no clear deadlines, total disorganization and chaos (hope you like endless impromptu revisions and due-yesterday firedrills!) Constant blame games, no accountability, so everything falls on the lower staff. "Leaders" disappear by 3-4pm, if they showed up. Extreme turnover due to tantrum-throwing, Hostile, tyrannical, narcissistic marketing "leader" who no one wants to deal with. (California’s office doesn’t care about Austin office or anything really, and there is no HR in Austin... SOS.)
