Pros

I can work from home. There is never a time when I am bored and there are lots of opportunities to learn new skill sets.

Cons

Potentially going back in office with distractions. Rely on partners that are unable to meet our needs and that continually provide poor experiences for our applicants and our teams that depend on their work.
