      Cambria creates a beautiful product.

      My direct manager is close minded and not open to empowering the team. Has a "I'll do it" controlling attitude which limits employees in growth. In speaking to colleagues I have been told it is a mentality of most of management in the company. This is NOT a real sales role. Never saw numbers, if you are looking for a career delivering cupcakes and making friends this is for you! Otherwise you won't be happy as there are no goals or guidelines for measurement. Being told not to get on the first bus to head out at a company event and needing to drink and party should not be company priorities but they are. In my 20 years of sales, this company was the only one that was a wasted opportunity for me. Beware of management, they don't have a company HR department to speak to so there is no employee support, you will hear "chain of command" being thrown at you constantly.

      Cambria recently let go of a few market representatives for performance reasons including this person who no longer works for us as an MR. It’s unfortunate that disgruntled employees turn to anonymous social platforms to vent their frustration. Cambria has hundreds of employees in our sales department, many of whom have been with the company since we started 15 years ago. Cambria is a fast paced growth company with high expectations and will not be a fit for everyone, but for the right people it’s a rewarding career.

      Pay, comprehensive training program, company car, cell phone, computer, marketing materials, good website, nice product line, nice accommodations at annual sales meetings,

      Cons

      Too much drama, arrogance, dysfunctional, lack of support, video camera in the car that leadership shows to clients and laughs at their employees, blooper reel of car video camera "hilarious" moments, heavy drinking environment and those that partake are revered and praised, "Presidential Award Circle" that is rewarded with trip to Italy - based on popularity not on sales. Mass firings that they say are based on not meeting numbers but no sales number goals ever given.
