Pros

You sweat your butt off, lost a bit of weight.

Cons

The whole "training" is the largest joke in the world. They openly admit their training sucks and has no structure yet they fired employees that cant do their jobs due to this deficiency. There are no personal days or incentives to working here. The "leads" are a joke, and your told yeah we have an open door policy yet you get blackballed if you ask questions. Its very militarian in their approach to their "culture" live by the dragon die by the dragon, biggest joke in the world. Everyone there that has been there over a year is out to destroy the newer employees that come in. It is possibly the worse job i have ever had the displeasure of having. I highly recommend not applying here. The product is great but how consumers get it is just so wrong.

Pros

They stand behind their product and provide all of the needed support for their employees. It's a product and company you can be proud and honored to represent.

Cons

Not alot to say here, it's a great company and every employee I had met, genuinely enjoyed their job and the company.

Pros

Cambria makes a beautiful product that (thankfully) sells itself. Some really talented team members and mid-level management were a pleasure to work with.

Cons

Senior management are harsh taskmasters who micromanage, second guess and browbeat the team. Innovations are few and far between because approvals take forever for fear of making an mistake or having to spend time defending a decision. This has caused many team members to start throwing each other under the bus, and has deteriorated trust and motivation. It's a sick culture.
