Pros

Very innovative and willing to add the newest technologies to help continue down this path. The tools and ability to learn more are given to everyone when needed. Structured and organized which makes accountability easier to hold.

Cons

With a growing company struggles finding more leaders has become evident in some areas. Always seem to find a way through it though but more leadership classes could help.

Pros

• Cambria’s promise of delivering premium quality products is upheld by every person and procedure. • Entrepreneurial culture imbues innovation and rapid change.

Cons

• Decision speed is stifled because there are more layers in the decision chain than in some entire departments. • Investing in true drivers of business success often come secondary to HIPPO’s (highest paid person’s opinion). As others have mentioned on here, Cambria's potential is throttled by its leadership. • Hostile workplace lawsuit waiting to happen. Employees are managed by fear with occasional threats and tantrums thrown by senior management. • Cronies in senior management often take accountability for successes, do not give credit where it is due, and passes failures onto others. This is a huge morale buzz kill for the hard working and talented people who conduct the majority of the work. • High employee turnover rate due to dissatisfied workforce makes it difficult to maintain any positive momentum. • Many of the issues that plague the company have persisted through 3 or more generations of employees filling the same roles.

Pros

Big screen TV in break room....but you can't change the channel or you get in trouble. Nice grass...but do not walk on or you get in trouble. Uniforms provided...unless you quit during first year then you pay $200.

Cons

Very disrespectful leadership who ride around on scooters and bikes, hide in their offices and watch you on their security cameras, and say the "f" word to your face when you make a minor mistake. Their business model is designed around finding young, inexperienced workers who are desperate for work and are willing to not question the legal and moral decisions made by leadership. For example, if you get hurt, you are not permitted to go home for fear of breaking their 1000+ days without lost time record. I saw a crushed finger that was fixed at the hospital and the employee told he could not go home because company policy would not permit it (one example of many).
