Pros

Great products. Strong growth. Good, hard-working, dedicated employees. If you're adept at being busy, vs effective, then there are good opportunities here. Decent, if not complicated, healthcare benefits.

Cons

Terrible communication; Actually this is the organization's Achilles Heel. Heavy-handed management style and attitude towards employees and customers. Empowerment is not in management's vocabulary. Not a trusting environment. Being busy is more valued than being effective. No dental plan.

Freedom of working out of a home office and making your own schedule day to day, week to week, etc.

Cons

Very poor communication from Management down. Not run like a sales operation although it is supposed to be. Cannot trust "Management or Leadership" There is no leadership. They do not trust their own employees. Care more about sales "reports" than actual business growth
