Pros

Co-workers and direct supervisors you deal with daily are very nice and make you feel welcomed and apart of the team from day one Free lunch once a month Chill laid back atmosphere UNTIL someone comes and disrupts which happens everyother week Pay is good

Cons

Being singled out and lied to and on by middle aged white men who claim to want to "help" Will write you up before even giving you a warning Flat out mean manager Over looking great employees Constant changing of “rules” with no warning

Pros

Got to know a few good coworkers

Cons

My judgmental manager, who had a self described "aggressive leadership style" had no clue how to effectively manage people and took advantage of her employees to the fullest extent. She was also actively violating employment law by having her non-exempt employees respond to phone calls, emails, and text messages at home but not paying them for this time. There's a reason these positions have high turnover. Stay far away....

Pros

Its an ok place to work. The bathrooms are usually clean. Taking time off is pretty easy. Generally fairly easy work and machines are kept up with a good maintenance staff.

Cons

The most irritating thing i found while working there is there is a huge drug problem and even when told, management does/did nothing. People regulary deal and use drugs inside the building. Do not get injured here. They will do everything in their power including intimidation to get you to not miss work or blame you for it. There is not equal treament. People who are buddy buddy with someone in a position of power are allowed more wiggle room on a policy violation that some one else would have gotten reprimanded for. Huge lack of communication unlike anything ive seen. I would find out the day of that we were working overtime with the supervisor saying-oh, i thought i told so and so to tell you. You have to be 5 minutes early to your area and stay 5 minutes late, but they will not and have not paid anyone for that time. Unless your a supervisor. You cant trust pretty much any higher ups; ive heard alot of stories of people being screwed over because a supervisor told someone incorrect information and then later said they never even talked to them. They dont accept doctors notes even if youve had a surgey or injury, that why i was forced to quit.
