Where do I start? Horrible benefits. With my pay I can barely afford their health care benefits. No dental. No raises in the last 2.5 years, yet they charge the consumer so much more than they have in the previous years. Losing their luxury brand name. Quality is the same as any other quartz company in the business. Profit sharing is promoted as a perk, but I have not see any profit to me even though I was there for over four years. 401k is a joke. It takes six years to be fully vested. Vacation is hard to come by. Please don’t plan on taking any trips if you work for Cambria. No room for growth or advancement in the company. If you think you’re going somewhere expect to have that position taken over by one of the CEO’s friends. The company is slowly failing. My best advice is to stay far away.

Worked in a department was referred to as "meat heads" (not my warehouse position) by upper management. Could not leave that department. They couldn't back fill due to terrible working conditions. Minimal pay raises over a few years in that area. No yearly reviews. People smoke in the plant, violations constantly of what we had to do to complete work. They promote on knowing one another, not on experience or skill, a family member of an upper management employee has moved up quicker than anyone else on one of the lines. No opportunity for growth, you aren't a person, believe all the negative reviews.
