      Pros

      You will not be micromanaged, because no one knows what you are actually there for.

      Cons

      Your boss will be impossible to reach. What they say the position is, will be completely different from what you are actually doing. You'll be wasted talent, if you are highly educated. You'll be completely over-looked, because they have eliminated essentially all middle management positions. You are a number and are absolutely replaceable.

      Pros

      They’ll give you a free phone and fly you to Minnesota.

      Cons

      The entire company is full of managers and no one to work under them so it’s a constant battle between different branches of the company. Sales and Operations fight constantly. District managers and above yell at market reps and anyone that works out of the distribution center. There is no support within the team, upper management instantly sides with the customer and reprimands the employees when the customer is wrong.
