      Pay isn't bad, good coworkers, well known product.

      Cons

      Toxic company culture with unrealistic expectations and poor management. Expected to be available on holidays and weekends, constant new initiatives that amount to nothing but busy work, and management that takes pride in keeping their staff over worked and over stressed. Company cars are a decade old and unsafe.

      Makes exceptional countertops. Outstanding mission statement. Makes products you can be proud of being a part of.

      Cons

      Managers who treat their employees like migrant workers. Managers write you up when you have to stay home when you have covid even if HR tells you.
