Pros

There are none. This company has no regard for their employees happiness, well being, or work life balance.

Cons

Well known for Disney Food Blog and All Ears, this is the worst place I have ever worked. They use their massive fan base to consistently have new applicants. Once you start, you are constantly praised at the beginning and told there are opportunities for growth and better compensation. Those opportunities will never come. You are just a number here to help them get as many clicks, views and likes as possible. Whether you are a writer, YouTube talent, or photographer you are here to push out content as quickly as possible. Often employees here do not get lunch breaks, work 12 + hour days, and are made to feel as though you aren’t doing enough if you aren’t constantly checking slack and other apps used even on your off days and times. The turnover here is like nothing I have ever seen before. If you are a fan applying because you’ve “always wanted to work here” save yourself the trouble and just keep living vicariously through your screen instead.
