Pros
Not many to think of. The taste of working here was left so sour that it is not easy to think of many pros.
Cons
If you are interested in feeling used as a pawn in the content creation world, this is the place for you. Cambrick yard represents Disney Food Blog and AllEars.net in the Disney Blogging world and also represents much of what is wrong in this industry. They hire reporters, writers and content creators for practically minimum wage while promising growth and all sorts of “possibilities.” These possibilities practically never come though unless you are one of the few “favorites” on the team. They will work you directly into the ground and use you for as much content as you can give them before dropping you when you ask for even a dollar or two raise. Beware of the False promises or empty promises that simply never come. They’ll tell you that you will get salary and benefits, they’ll tell you that you can learn different skills on the team but in the end, they just want you to work endlessly for Pennies to the dollar and be grateful for it. There are so many other better blogs and companies to work for in this industry and it is not what it seems. No amount of “pretty Instagram photos” should convince a soul to ever work for this company. Management is also horrible and may try to be nice to you at the beginning before publicly shaming you if you even mess up a small amount. Treat people with more respect and perhaps the turnover rate here wouldn’t be so high. I don’t suggest working here to nearly anybody.
