Good benefits, paid holidays, flexible work /life balance

Cons

One manager I worked with NEVER worked. She had a long tenure with the company and so it was basically ignored and everyone around her had to make up for her lack of abilities and work ethic. Frustrating

Decent Wages. Some competent coworkers

Cons

Unrealistic Expectations. Inconsistent company policies. Nepotism allowed. Management procedures vary depending on who is in the manager position. People promoted to supervisor status despite HUGE problems in their personal lives which inevitably leads to a poor work environment.
