Pros
I was never bored,, even after several years. If you love working with people and find humans fascinating in general, you will enjoy this work. The culture is fun, familial and very team-oreinted. Regular training meetings and get togethers were something I looked forward to very much, as the management team puts a lot of thought into providing entertaining and enjoyable experiences.
Cons
It can get lonely on-site if you're a person who enjoys a lot of interaction and camraerie with co-workers. At times, personnel can be stretched thin, making it hard to meet goals without enough support. This is something the whole industry is prone to however. It's honestly hard to think of a real con. I would still be with Cambridge were in not for a family move.
