Very good rapport with supervisors; accrued paid time off; employer matched 401k

Cons

Poor training of new employees; perhaps some inconsistency with company policies; hard for employees in lower management to take vacations or find replacement if they want to take vacation

Pros

The diversity of job duties, very interactive , ability to be creative, they attempt to promote from within, and landscaping is usually very well maintained.

Cons

Unprofessional company who's upper management is more interested in gossip, in addition they put up a facade that you ought to look out for... They are clowns with pea sized brains and fogged up bifocals. They have outdated everything, low comp(don't ever expect or even hope for a raise), insurance provided is terrible, their vendors are horrible, and everything they purchase is extremely low quality.

Great amount of access to upper management and wonderful industry based training.

Pros

Flexible hours, open communication with upper management, competitive pay, many opportunities for education and training. Very nice properties. Knowledgeable peers and management. Good sense of company community. Heavy hands - on involvement by company CEO.

Cons

As a resident manager you pay for your housing. Though the properties are very nice, being forced to live on-site in most cases and then forced to pay for it wasn't ideal long term for me.
