Why no leasing bonuses for new leases?

Glassdoor requires five words minimum.

Cons

Worked as a leasing agent and property manager but Cambridge doesn’t give leasing bonuses for new leases signed, gives referral bonuses to nonemployees instead. No rent discount for on-site employees, and pay is below industry average.

Work life balance, and you are pretty much left alone and aren't micromanaged too much.

Cons

Upper management often doesn't know how to lead. Poor training.

Pros

401k match was incredible. HSA match was also great, but it's like a boyfriend that punches you in the face then buys you a nice dinner

Cons

Owner likes to scream at people. He's made almost everyone that works for him cry. I knew one person there that hadn't cried yet.
