Too much politics and management that doesn't appreciate you

Many people are nice. Benefits are good.

Cons

Management plays favorites. Management doesn't appreciate people and doesn't have real expectations. Management doesn't really care about turnover - you are expendable. Technology is always a problem - the internet is a joke and you can't rely on the network to get your work done. Only people who are on the sales team in some way are valued. It doesn't matter what kind of effort you put in - you it goes unnoticed and unappreciated by upper management.
