      Pros

      I've been at CSB for a few months and I coudn't be happier. Everyone I've encountered has been kind and intelligent. Managers are supportive of your personal and career development. For a bank, CSB operates at a fast pace and embraces modernity, making it an exciting place to work. CSB has also provided me with the best work-life balance that I've ever experienced.

      Cons

      We currently are in such a great location, which will make it tough to move, but it will be nice to have all employees in a one building.

      Pros

      Nice coworkers, great benefits, above average pay for banking. Also, convenient locations (operation center and branches).

      Cons

      Working at this bank is the worst of two worlds: big banks and small banks. Another review said it perfectly - small bank with a big bank complex. The lack of technology makes it feel like you're working for a tiny little organization. The high turnover makes you feel like you're working at a big bank.
