      Pros

      good benefits, flexibility. good first line managers. a lot of people with experience. can SOMETIMES find who to ask in case that you need help with an issue. Good for people who are not looking to grow much, but just pretty much have a paycheck

      Cons

      nepotism, no care for employees. no growth opportunities. no mater how hard you work, if you do not have a fairy godmother, or godfather within the company, guess what, you ain't going anywhere in this place.

      Pros

      Overall I enjoyed working for this company. The compensation was good, although bonuses could have been better for the work we were doing. I guess that's the case in any banking environment. Never really had a problem when we need time off which is nice.

      Cons

      I'm not a downer so I'll try to keep this PG. If someone likes you in this bank, a manager or someone higher up, you are going places. If they don't, it doesn't matter how hard you work. The regionals try to say they'll help you get to where you need to, but they don't do much. It has the potential to be a great company, if it wasn't similar to the "h.s. cliques".

      Overall, the branch was a great team and memorable customers.

      Cons

      Too much politics. Unless you're a favorite you'll never move up even if you are qualified.
