Pros

Work schedule benefits and pay

Cons

Advancement opportunities management is more concerned about developing their graduate program employees than their full time employees that know what the business does and what it needs to perform better. They take kids out of college that have never put in a hard days work into cushy positions and just brush it under the rug when the screw up. But the other employees are the first to go when the layoffs come around.

Pros

Better benifits than Congress has great 401k plan some good people in HR

Cons

No on Job training, good old boy advancement system, no culture of safety procedures are ignored to get job done poor tools with no body to maintain them and you don't make enough to use your own lots of homemade tools. Lots of rework because people try to shortcut the first time
