Pros

Good benefits, a lot of great people worked here.

Cons

Management is self-absorbed and too busy being "yes" people to notice that very talented people are walking out the door....or maybe they just don't care. Employees are taken advantage of in every facet of the business, they (management) use you for their benefit (not even for the better of the company) and then toss you to the curb. They are keeping the high dollar inexperienced employees now that times are tough and letting the ones that actually do the work go. Such a shame because it could be a good company. Most personnel are only in it for themselves, and doesn't care who/what they hurt along the way including customer relations to get ahead in the company. One can only hope that Schlumberger will see this and rid the organization of the corrupt individuals. Maybe once again it can be a good company to work for.

Pros

MRP ERP software is great. Production runs very smoothly. Shop personal take pride in their work. Excellent safety record. Good pay.

Cons

No room to advance. Buddies and family get promoted, even if they are lacking experience. Felt like Game of Thrones daily, someone always plotting to advance themselves. A lot of finger pointing and little ownership.

Pros

Prior to 2014 it was a great company. In August of 2015 the company was purchased by Schlumberger. .

Cons

Over 1000 people let go with between January 2014 and July 2015... So many people were so dedicated to the company and they were just discarded like old worn out clothes. Decisions that were being made did not make any sense...Big Brother was looking over your shoulder in every facet of your job....
