Pros

Advancement if you work hard and do what's required. Good benefits and working environment. My managers and supervisors were crucial to my advancement through the ranks.

Cons

Some time life and work balance is not there. You get pressure to ensure the job is completed for month, quarter and year end, even if the customer doesn't want to have it shipped early. Meeting or exceeding the commuted numbers at all costs at times.

Pros

The pay is decent. That is what was hard. Benefits, paid time off, 401K.

Cons

I realized offering me the benefits and paid time off receiving a consistent paycheck enough to pay my bills was not worth being unhappy every single day. Co-workers are all despicable and can't wait to go stab you in the back as soon as they get the chance. Management doesn't care about how much work you have done and they offer you no say so. Their only option to any issue you have is "there is no other options or you will be terminated."

Pros

Numerous locations; great GRDP/intern program; employees start 3 weeks vacation; constant safety driven programs

Cons

Maternity leave non-existent; not family oriented with regards to employees/lifestyles; limited health benefit options - high deductible; favor corporate (Houston) over smaller plants; no employee rewards/discounts; turn-over is horrible; care more about legal backing safety program then actual employees when injured so as not to get sued or have time missed.
