Pros

Great people, learned a lot, good benefits

Cons

Work-life balance is horrible. Work 12+ hour days and sometimes weekends to get the job done. Overwhelmed with the amount of workload and management is still not satified. Maybe it's not like this throught all the company, but it definitely is in my dept.

Pros

Excellent products and technology. High quality staff. Top class facilities

Cons

Uncompetitive because of excessive corporate overhead. Too much big company bulls@@t. Company regularly messes with the bonus scheme to try and minimise payout. Poor management of new acquisitions.
