Pros

Good pay, 9% 401K matching, and health insurance. The company has grown quickly and is still struggling to be a real "enterprise" company.

Cons

Little to no flex time (i.e. have to take vac if you have a sick child), often middle mgmt is not qualified for their role, HR holds the company hostage (can't hire for positions even when money is in the budget). Quite a few IT staff have left/retired to get of the work situation.

Pros

Cameron is a great company to work for at anything above a Director level. The programs, initiatives, and "excellence," however, are rarely experienced by those lower in the hierarchy. Training is encouraged and promoted, but once again not readily available to lower-than-director positions.

Cons

Serious structural changes and a renewed vision of what truly makes the company unique need to be reconsidered. The internal programs to improve engagement rarely change the world of anyone below a Director or Manager level, which causes further frustration with the system. Generally, HR managers are not trustworthy enough to keep employee concerns to a constructive communication format, which instead populates into gossip.

Pros

It's a good company to work for as far as training goes, and there are other advantages to working for a multi-billion dollar company.

Cons

They really hold tight to their money and are not willing to give much in the way of raises or promotions. The stress is overwhelming at times and they try to bully you into working 12 hour shifts, 7 days a week to try and catch up to the horrible planning.
