Pros

The people. The managers. Great development opportunities. Perpetual company growth. Great job security. Global opportunities. The value placed on employees.

Cons

The company is fairly fragmented, which can present a feeling of favoritism with certain divisions over others.

Pros

Cameron provides a supportive environment with the feel of a small company even though it is a global. Effective appraisals to assess your skills and future growth performed annually. Very low turnover rate.

Cons

Some divisions are quite small making it difficult for opportunities to be readily available. Changes often depend on re-organizational structural changes rather than just availability.

Pros

Not too heavy working. Flexible Time.

Cons

Work is becoming more. Growth is depending on year not by ability.
